This weekend, because of the queens birthday, we have a long one. The monday is a bank holiday so monday we are off as well. Nice! The weather is great, sunny and warm. The forecast for next couple of days: it basically stays that way. Jay! 
Summer is here..and it’s only April. Makes me wonder what is in it for us next month. Could get cold still, don’t hope so off course. This weather is really nice
Today is gonna be a busy one. We are going to clean out the house. Rubbish collected in the spare bedroom has got to go. It’s sitting in there for too long now So the first couple of hours of today are going to be some sweaty ones. But that’s ok, they invented soap and water for that sort of things
Tomorrow is going to be a lazy day. Sitting in the garden, enjoying the sun and my man’s company Monday there is a scottish festival with highland games and stuff in Tilburg. We are going to take a look. So a nice weekend ahead of me

After all, he is 36
Finally things seem to be heading towards the point I can close a chapter in my life. Since we buried my father’s ashes the 2nd of february we have been waiting for an ornament on his grave. It had to be handmade and then engraved with the poem ‘where the wind blows’ (you’ll find it on my poems page) and a poem my sister wrote when dad died.
The ornament is made of the same material the grave is (it’s called indian aurora, a granite of some kind) and made to look like a book. With pages and everything.
Today finally the phone call came that it was finished..
